Not Emergency Care
THE WEBSITE, GENERAL EMAIL, CONTACT FORMS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND ROUTINE TELEHEALTH SCHEDULING ARE NOT EMERGENCY SERVICES. CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

Additional records, testing, an in-person examination, or referral may be required.
